Meet Our Founder

John Meeks is a Vietnam War Veteran who  deployed as a scout dog handler in 1970. His  Military K-9 Artus is the reason John made it back alive. Artus, however, did not. John dedicates this project to the memory of Artus - KIA Dec 1970.

Care Packages for K-9s

We send care packages overseas  to US military working dogs  and their handlers.

We'd love your help!

Another part of our mission is to educate the local community on the history and value of military K-9s. We do this through school talks, live working dog demonstrations, and veteran events.
